Women leaders: Mona Shindy

Mona Shindy is not the typical privileged white corporate success story.
Captain Mona Shindy has seen 26 years’ service in the Royal Australian Navy. She has won numerous awards and achieved seniority in an organisation not traditionally given to promoting women.
