Looking for an award to help you drive change in your community or industry?

Nominations for the RIRDC Rural Women’s Award are closing 31 October.

Australia’s pre-eminent award for rural women, the award supports women with demonstrated leadership capabilities or leadership potential who have the desire and drive to make a greater contribution to their industries and communities.

Each State and Territory winner will receive a bursary of $10,000 to implement their award vision. They will also have the opportunity to participate in the Australian Institute of Company Directors company directors’ course and be guided in the development of an individual integrated leadership plan.

The award is open to all women involved in primary industries and/or rural Australia. Potential applicants can flag their interest through the Expression of Interest process and gain access to mentors and feedback whilst undertaking their applications.
