The theme for the inaugural 2013 Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week is ‘What’s your health pledge?’ – If you were to make just one small change, what would it be?

The Week will be a week-long festival of events across Australia and online resources for women. The week will be divided into five days – each with a different focus:

Monday 2nd Sept.              W is for women – and wellness

Tuesday 3rd Sept.              O is for ourselves – time out just for you

Wednesday 4th Sept.         M is for move – get active, one small step at a time

Thursday 5th Sept.            E is for eat – eat well, with tips to make it easy

Friday 6th Sept.                 N is for networking – reach out to family & friends

Jean Hailes is encouraging you to register to be a part of the Week at: www.womenshealthweek.com.au where you can gain access to trusted resources including podcasts, print resources from peak health organisations, videos featuring Health Week ambassadors – all at no cost.
