Mother and DaughterWe all have one or two top health insights passed down to us from our mother, grandmother or favourite aunt. Or we have an important tip to pass on to our daughter, niece or granddaughter.

Jean Hailes Health for Women is collecting these fabulous insights and well-tried tips from every day women right across Australia and will combine these with snippets from your favourite celebrities, as well as leading health professionals in time for Mother’s Day.

Let your knowledge, advice and insightful wisdom help make a positive difference to the women of tomorrow.

What do you feel passionate about? Choose what you want to share – it could be about ageing well, being active, eating well. Looking after your mental health, nurturing your spirit, finding balance in your life, great relationships or connections, parenting, families, life in general or any other topic that you feel strongly about!
